Fall Bucket List: Pumpkin Patch & Corn Maze
It's fall y'all! I hope you guys all had a great weekend! With weather here in Southern California being in the 80's, it's nice to see that it is finally starting to cool down and feel like fall. It even rained last night! This past weekend we went on a mini adventure to get a couple things checked off the Fall Bucket List. My boyfriend, my sister, her BF, and I packed up into the pickup truck and headed over to Underwood Family Farms in Moorpark, CA.
First order of business: the corn maze!
The result: Jacob and I made it through first. Erica and Matt got all the checkpoints. DRAW.
Next, time to pick out the perfect pumpkins! Here we are in the pumpkin patch.
Of course when my sister, Erica, is around, things get weird.
We ended the day with a nice, relaxing hay ride pulled by a tractor that took us all around the farm. They even had a stop to pick your own vegetables, but we were too tired at that point.
We walked out with a few smaller pumpkins. Last year the squirrels got to the big ones and made a huge mess on our front porch, so we had to reduce our risk of potential damage from the critters.
What is your favorite part about going to the pumpkin patch?
